Most bathroom horror stories come from too many sub-contractors and too few people taking responsibility. We do bathroom work end-to-end with our own crew: the plumber who routes your hot water lines is in the same WhatsApp group as the tiler who lays your floor.
Before we lift a chisel we sit down with you, measure the room, talk through fixtures, and produce a detailed quote that itemises labour, materials, and a small contingency for the surprises that always show up behind old walls. No hidden “variation orders” halfway through.
What a typical refit includes
- Existing fixture removal and disposal
- Concealed plumbing reroute as needed
- Two-coat membrane waterproofing with curing time
- Wall and floor tiling with grout sealing
- New WC, basin, mixer and shower set installation
- Ventilation, lighting and shaver-point electrical work
- Daily site clean-up; final deep clean at handover
How long it takes
A standard condo bathroom refit is usually 10–14 working days. Larger landed-home bathrooms or those needing slab work run 3–4 weeks. We keep dust contained with door barriers, work consistent hours, and leave the rest of your home clean every evening.
Indicative pricing
Cosmetic refresh (re-grout, tap change, new mirror and accessories) starts from around RM 2,800. Full refits typically range from RM 14,500 to RM 28,000 depending on fixtures and finishes. We are happy to design to a budget you set — just tell us the number.
