Tankless, storage, or solar — we work on all of them
The Malaysian climate is kind to water heaters in one sense (no freezing) and harsh in another (high mineral content and humidity). We have spent years working with brands sold across the Klang Valley and we know the typical failure points for each model line.
Sometimes a heater that “just died” is actually a tripped earth-leakage protector, a clogged inlet filter, or a perished gasket. We diagnose before we recommend a swap. When a replacement really is the better call, we will explain why and present two or three options at different price points.
What we handle
- New tankless heater install with proper electrical and water connections
- Storage tank replacement, including disposal of the old unit
- Heating element, thermostat and gasket replacement
- Descaling and inlet filter service for storage tanks
- Earth-leakage protector and pressure relief valve checks
- Brand-warranty service for major Malaysian distributors
Buying advice we will give you honestly
For a couple or small family in a condo, a 33 L storage tank or a mid-range instant heater is usually plenty. For two bathrooms running at once, a central storage tank with a recirculation loop is generally a better long-term choice. We will walk you through the trade-offs without pushing a particular brand.
Pricing
Diagnostic service call is RM 90 (waived if you proceed with the repair). Standard storage tank swap-outs start from RM 280 (labour only). Instant heater installs typically run RM 220–360 depending on whether new electrical work is needed. We always quote the full amount before we touch a wire.
