That means when you call our 24/7 number at three in the morning, you get someone who can already picture your problem — not a call-centre script reader. We will guide you to the main shut-off in your unit first, then dispatch the nearest technician on duty.

After-hours pricing
The after-hours call-out is RM 180 (waived if you proceed with the chargeable repair on site). Standard hourly rate applies between 09:00 and 18:00; after-hours, weekend, and public-holiday work carries a clearly marked surcharge that we agree with you on the phone before dispatch.
