Drain cleaning & hydro-jetting

Slow draining sinks, blocked floor traps, and that unpleasant smell rising from the kitchen line — we have the right equipment for all of them.

Hydro-jet cleaning a residential drain

Plungers only get you so far

Most household blockages in Klang Valley homes are not solid clogs you can poke through with a snake. They are layered build-ups of cooking oil, soap residue, hair, and tropical mineral scale lining the inside of the pipe. Snakes punch a small hole; jetting peels the pipe back to its original diameter.

We carry calibrated jetting units that step pressure up gradually so we never crack older PVC. For grease-heavy kitchen lines we use rotating nozzles that scrub all four walls of the pipe at once. After the job we run a camera scope so you can see, on screen, that the line is clear from end to end.

Common blockages we clear

  • Kitchen lines glazed with cooking-oil build-up
  • Bathroom floor traps clogged with hair and soap
  • Washing-machine standpipes that backflow during spin cycle
  • Main outlets carrying multiple bathrooms
  • Outdoor yard gullies blocked by leaves and silt
  • Slow toilet flushes caused by partial line restrictions

How a typical visit goes

  1. We inspect every fixture connected to the affected line to rule out a simpler problem (loose trap, lifted seal).
  2. We isolate the line and start with low-pressure flushing.
  3. If needed we escalate to rotating jet heads tuned to your pipe diameter.
  4. Final camera scope is done while you watch.
  5. We share simple habits to keep that line clear (we promise, no upsell).

Pricing guidance

Single fixture clear-out (kitchen sink, single floor trap) usually lands at RM 180–280. Main line jetting starts from around RM 380 depending on length and access. We always quote the cap before we begin, and there is no extra charge for the camera inspection.
